Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to all continents where it is permitted.
Is there an option to hire dresses?

Yes, we offer a hire option for all wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and evening gowns currently in stock. If your desired size is not available, we request up to 5 weeks to create it.
Is my information shared with third parties?

No, we do not share your information with any third parties. All information gathered is protected by privacy rules and ethics, and we do not collaborate with other companies.
How long does it take to receive a wedding gown?

For a standard wedding gown, we ask for 4-8 weeks to create and deliver it. Custom gowns may require an additional 4 weeks depending on beading and customization. If the gown is in stock, delivery can take up to 7 days.
Do you sell sample gowns?

Yes we do. Every gown in our boutique is available at a reduced cost. If you are interested in purchasing any gown seen on a model, please feel free to contact our customer service to request pricing.
Do you allow returns?

Unfortunately, once we create a wedding dress for you, that dress is non-returnable. We stand by our brand and guarantee the highest standard applied to all of our creations.
