Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment or purchasing from BWTR, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments

Appointments may be required and booking fees may apply. Late arrival may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment.

Orders & Payments

Most bridal gowns are made to order. A non-refundable deposit is required to place an order, with the remaining balance payable before collection. All prices are in GBP (£).

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of bridal gowns, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed, except where required by law. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Fittings & Alterations

Alterations are not included unless stated. Fit may be affected by body changes after measurements are taken.

Collection & Storage

Orders must be collected within a reasonable timeframe after notification. Storage fees may apply for late collection.

Liability & Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings while on our premises.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
