Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of bridal gowns, all sales are final once an order has been confirmed.
Refunds or cancellations are not available for made-to-order items, except where required by law. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including where goods are faulty or not as described.
Deposits and appointment fees are non-refundable.
If you believe there is a fault with your item, please contact us within [14 days] of receipt at brideswalkingtherunway@gmailcom, providing details and photographs where possible.
